More information/ better examples of staff qualities are needed as well as what kind of lua experience you have. IE Creating addons specifically for zs such as weps, traits, maps, etc or more general experience with lua? A example for some qualities in a staff member I look for ability to problem solve or having a fair amount of patience towards rude or disrespectful players while still not permabanning someone just cause you got mad.  If you can provide the above information we may reconsider your application at a future time.
