Username: Jimjollux Time Zone: Pacific Current Rank: Player Are you applying for a promotion or For Staff?: For Staff Age: 15 What qualities as a staff member should you have?: The qualities one should and I do have as a staff member should be: Being able to see both sides a story, approachable, nice, smart, knowledgeable of the server/game. As a Staff member you should always be enthusiastic to help others and keep an open mind dealing with issues that may present themselves on the server.  Also be able to befriend everyone that comes along and quick with reactions to keep everything under control. It would also come in handy if you are above average in the game mode too Why do you deserve a promotion/extension of you rank? I have been staff on plenty of servers for sand box, even made to co-owner in one (Geon server name) but we could not keep the server up due to not enough donations, I have been staff on 2 other zombie survival servers and helped navmesh on one (diehard owners name) is still a good friend, the reason i mention these is cause I have plenty of experience under my belt when dealing with problems such as people, server issues, and gameplay I have 1091 hours on gmod and very active during the weekends. Do you meet all the requirements? I do for all except one, the 12 hours on the server is the only one.
